The term ‘use it or lose it’ couldn’t be more true; our bodies need to be used effectively to remain strong and supple.
By not using our bodies in such a way we run the risk of having flabby/weak muscles (muscle atrophy),
our bones and joints will be much more susceptible to injuries and our heart and lungs will no longer work efficiently.
Fortunately, our bodies can be very forgiving and my training will help to reverse these issues.



Personal Training

After a careful fitness assessment, I will create a programme that will help you reach your goal as quickly as possible. You will receive my undivided professional guidance and assistance to ensure optimum results in a minimum amount of time. I will design an exercise programme that is tailored to your requirements, making sure that you remain motivated, focused and adopt the correct technique at all times.

Partner Training

Great for partners or friends that have similar fitness goals. This is a fantastic way to stay motivated and push yourself that little bit further. Especially if you are the competitive type.

Corporate Fitness

My corporate training sessions are fun, team orientated and conducive to a healthier, happier, more productive team in the work place.

Outdoor Boot Camp

An invigorating outdoor bootcamp for those that would like to workout and socialise in the fresh air. These challenging 45 minute workouts consist of:

- Resistance training
- All fitness levels and abilities welcome.

Online Training

Online and interactive, one to one and group sessions for a complete workout; delivered via Zoom.

Your body is unique to you and so is the way your body reacts to food.

To optimise your results, make sure your fitness training starts in the kitchen. Give your body the fuel it needs to push on further and reach your goals in record time.
