The term ‘use it or lose it’ couldn’t be more true; our bodies need to be used effectively to remain strong and supple.
By not using our bodies in such a way we run the risk of having flabby/weak muscles (muscle atrophy),
our bones and joints will be much more susceptible to injuries and our heart and lungs will no longer work efficiently.
Fortunately, our bodies can be very forgiving and my training will help to reverse these issues.
