Good Nutrition is the foundation for training and getting results.

There is no such thing as one diet fits all. Your body is unique to you and so is the way your body reacts to food.

There are lots of variables when it comes to understanding what diet would work best for each person. We must factor in body composition, activity level, age, gender, metabolic rate, etc.

I am always happy to have a general chat with my client’s about their eating habits and some healthy alternatives.

Prior to the 30 minutes nutritional consultation, you will be asked to keep a 7 day food diary so that I can gain a clear understanding of your diet and eating habits. From this, we can discuss a realistic alternative to foods that maybe holding you back from achieving your goals. You will come away from the consultation with a clear understanding of the simple science behind fat loss and discover what foods are right for you with your very own meal plan.
